Please note how the report is directly correlated to the reference manual.    The manual continues to serve as a reference as the home ages.  Our brochures detail the entire story of this concept.  Each finding in a given section has a number that is related to the same section in the manual and allows the client to familiarize themselves with repair options.

Our inspection concept is very trustworthy.  It is based on actual written standards and is used by inspectors nationwide.  To date, the concept has been used in over 2 million inspections.  It is continuously updated to reflect building trends.  This concept greatly increases the knowledge of the client about the property.

Inspection – will take place within 3-4 days of scheduling.

Report – will be written and e-mailed in PDF format to client within the next day.
