About The Company

Center Grove Real Estate Inspections, LLC was formed in May, 2006 by Jim and Rose Schwarz, principal members. Jim is a licensed real estate inspector in the State of Indiana through completion of required training and licensing guidelines. The LLC was formed using the guidance of legal counsel. Jim has served in quality assurance and other top management roles in major food manufacturing operations for over 25 years. He fully understands the aspects of examining details and providing technical service to his clients. He understands the business management aspect of promoting good working relationships. Having been relocated several times, Jim and Rose have done extensive remodeling and building projects on their own properties. Jim has had the benefit of the guidance of premier contractors during these projects which helped him to sharpen his sense of construction details. Combined together, these skills make a perfect match for real estate inspections.

The Schwarz family is active in the Center Grove community. Jim is currently president of Woodland Streams Neighborhood Association. Rose is a very busy mom, Center Grove School District substitute teacher and also active in church activities. Daughter, Jessica, is a graduate of Center Grove High School and is attending University of Southern Indiana, Evansville. Son, Grant, is a student at Center Grove High School. He is a state and national qualifying swimmer with the local swim teams and maintains a rapidly growing commercial and residential lawn service.
